my last few days in germany

i honestly can't grasp the fact that i'll be moving to Thailand in 5 days. Our traveling situation is going to be absurd though. 6 hour drive to Frankfurt. 9 hour flight to Dubai. 18 hour layover in Dubai (which actually will be pretty neat to venture around in) then another 6 hour flight to Bangkok. it will be a long trip, but i'm excited to be going.

i'm not excited about going back home to Texas. Even though it will only be for a week. two weeks tops. i really have nothing to go back to there. i lost who i thought my best friend was. but after the things she said to me, i wonder if we even were that good of friends. i still have a select few that i'm greatful for, and have stuck around. which in my point of view, are my true friends. i will be looking forward to seeing them again.

i just got my canon a-1 that my dad sent back with claire. and i cannot wait to start using it. now that i no longer have my digital slr to work with, i will be having loads of film to develop and enlarge when i get back from thailand. i was completely bummed when my slr got stolen, but now that i think about it, it will be a good opportunity to learn more about my analog.

welp, it's about time for dinner.


side note: ice doesn't exist in europe. nor does regular apple juice. piss.

whooa my gosh

i just lost my passport for about 2 hours. and i'm supposed to leave for london tomorrow, not to mention i'll be moving to thailand in two weeks. thank God i finally found it though.

wow, i've never had such a crap feeling in my stomach.
thank you jesus for letting me find it.

it snowed again! and now our pond is frozen.

my feet are cold

stayed up until 5:00 am talking with Christine. which was the first good, deep conversation i've had in a while. i woke up at 1:00 in the afternoon with snow outside. and ohhh it was nice. sleeping is my 2nd favorite hobby.

it's bizarre to think christmas is just around the corner. 8 more days and i'll be landing in London. staying the first couple nights with the Aussie's, then getting a hostel for the week. i'm excited to see woodsie. i miss that kid.

this week went by fast. even though i'm not a huge fan of our speaker. i'm usually pretty attentive, but lately i've just been distracted by other things.

deleted my myspace and facebook a few days ago, and it's quite nice. i find myself with more time now, sadly to admit. but i like it. reason why i'm going to start blogging more. it's good for me.

it's way past my bedtime, but i've been staying up late and have grown into a night owl.

side note: in the past 2 weeks, i've eaten about 4-5 oranges a day. calculated, that's 70 oranges in 14 days. wowza
